Terms of Use

These terms apply between Conex Online, which operates CartazAI, and the company or person who creates an account. By creating the account or using the system, you agree to them. If versions differ, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. The service

CartazAI is an online system for creating promotional materials for offers: posters, tabloids, flyers, shelf labels, posts and screens. Access is through the browser, by subscription.

2. Account

You must provide true company details and keep your password secret. Whoever administers the account is responsible for the logins created for the team and for what is done with them.

3. Trial period

Accounts created on the website start with a 7-day trial at no charge. During the trial you can cancel in the Contracts menu and nothing will be charged.

4. Plans and payment

The price depends on the plan and add-on modules chosen, according to the published prices. On the monthly cycle, the invoice is issued after the month closes, prorated by days of use. On the annual cycle, the plan is paid at once for the year; add-on modules remain monthly.

An invoice overdue for more than 10 days leaves the account in read-only mode until it is settled.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in the Contracts menu. The subscription remains valid until the last day of the cycle already started (the month, on monthly; the paid period, on annual) and is not renewed. Amounts already paid or due for the period used are not refunded. You can also ask for your record to be deleted in the same menu: the account is closed immediately and the data is deleted automatically after 30 days.

6. Content

The artwork, images and data you create or upload are yours. You are responsible for what you publish (products, prices, offer dates, brands and uploaded images) and for having the right to use what you upload.

Product photos and backgrounds offered by the system may be used in materials created in it; they may not be bulk-copied or resold.

7. Artificial intelligence

Some features use artificial intelligence to suggest text and images. The result is a suggestion: check it before publishing.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the system for illegal or misleading content, try to access other companies’ data, bypass plan limits or harm the operation of the service. Violations may lead to suspension of the account.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service online, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or because of third-party failures. To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Conex Online is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months before the event.

10. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; relevant changes will be announced in the system or by email. Brazilian law applies. Questions: contato@conexonline.com.br.
